CANCELLATION AND RETURNS:

You can cancel your order for a full refund before the goods are dispatched by emailing us at info@FastAcneRelief.com and quoting your order number with the subject "order cancellation".

REFUNDS:

Within 30 day period, for a refund. Return the product in the original packaging, in sealed pack condition and a copy of the receipt. All purchases made by credit card will be returned to the original credit card holder less Handling charges (20%). The returning cost of FastAcneRelief will be yours liability. DELAY IN SHIPPING:

Any delay in shipping will be notified to you by e-mail. We cannot anticipate delays due to custom clearance. Such delays will only be notified if shipment is delayed for over two weeks. According to the rules of customs for the particular country if in case, duty is imposed on the shipment it will be the liability of consignee (rare cases).
